E-Design Terminology
Design Presentation Board
This is the key to the design! The client can have all of the concepts in one place to see as a full presentation. Items can easily be switched out after one review. Once approved then we move on to a floor plan, a shoppable board, and if you have opted for one-a 3d Render in 4k!
Rendered Floor Plan
Helps the client to place products in the space as they purchase them.
3D Rendering
This is an option to our Design Packages but it can provide the client with a realistic view of what the space will look like at its completion.
Shop a Board
You will be provided an active board that allows you to click on the image and purchase directly from the vendor.
Types of Services Available
A LA CARTE ITEMS-Invoiced at $75/hr.
If you already own the main pieces like sectionals, chairs, and have paint color on the walls, etc., we will research and find you specific pieces such as artwork, end tables, rug, and accessories to finish out your space. Shoppable Board provided!
Design Presentation Board
THESE SERVICES BELOW INCLUDE ALL OF THE ABOVE A LA CARTE ITEMS WITH 2 RENDERS:
VIRTUAL STAGING: Have an empty house you are trying to sell? Virtual staging can work magic with images of well-lit rooms, placed furniture, artwork, new paint color on the walls, etc. This reveals potential of the house to perspective buyers. (Kitchen view not included in this price.)

FULL BATH: Privacy, Function, Spa, Personalized These are the most private spaces. With all of the products out today, the options are endless! They are only seen by the owner (or if you allow tours!) so you can really express yourself here.

ENTRYWAY/POWDER ROOM: These smaller rooms can carry a big responsibility in your space. First impressions of your home speak volumes! And of course, the Powder Room is frequented often, so it can help to set the tone for the rest of the home. Let us design a big punch to your small space.

KITCHENS: Yes, as the saying goes: Wherever I serve my guests (or family), they always like my kitchen best! No matter what you have planned. No matter where you put the food. Everyone always ends up around the kitchen. BUT it requires functionality! If you have a good lookin’ kitchen, but it doesn’t function properly…well there’s no point in having one as far as we are concerned. Best place to make memories! (Boards, finishes, and 3D’s. No cabinet drawings for your cabinetmaker.)

DINING/OFFICE/BEDROOM/KID’S RM: These rooms provide unique opportunities to take on unique looks. Dining areas are the spaces to congregate with family and friends to make memories over food! Offices and bedrooms are places to showcase more personal items in order to make your house a home. Comfort and security are important here!

LIVING RM/FAMILY RM: Can you say headquarters of the home?! Next to the kitchen, this is the comfort zone. Everything can happen here. Sleeping to entertaining, game playing to reading, working to watching television. This space requires function, storage, aesthetics, balance and oh so much more!

COMMERCIAL SPACES: Small business owner? Start up company? Need a refresh? Moving into a new space? We provide budget friendly services just for you! These spaces are special…they are your home away from home. They need to be functional, healthy, and attractive to your clients. They need to attract quality new employees!
